Graphite PTFE Packing with Oil
It is a braided packing made of PTFE yarn containing graphite and anti-corrosive lubricant. It is recommended for shafts for almost all chemicals. Stability and long service lift are achieved by low friction coefficient. It has great fear strength and high thermal conductivity. This self-lubrication packing does not score the shaft and minimizes sleeve replacement cost. It can be used to seal alkalis, solvents, water, steam, acids except strong oxidizing acids (aqua regia, fuming nitric acid, fuming nitric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, etc.) for centrifugal pumps, autoclaves, agitators, mixers, etc.

Carbon Fibre Packing

Application：Working temperature
－100℃～300℃, working pressure 27MPa.The
products wear all corrosive medium except for Oxygenant, and show good
thermal conductivity, and widely used for centrifugal pumps, column pumps,
blenders and valves.
Cotton greased packing

quality cotton threads are made into square or lattice braids and treated
with chemically stable grease, it is especially suitable for brass-made
tem tube.

Blending Fiber Packing of P.T.F.E. with Carbon Fiber

Materials：Carbon fiber with P.T.F.E. impregnated emulsion.
Performance：Use at temperature
－200℃～280℃, working pressure 350Mpa,
linear velocity 1～15m/s,
PH2～12.
Application：Use as sealing materials for mechanical pumps and values
with corrosive chemistry, various organic solvents and ultra-low
temperature fluid basicity fluid.
Asbestos PTFE Packing with oil
It is treated with a special lubricant. It’s a soft packing and can be utilized on stainless steel or chromed shafts in the presence of high peripheral speeds without etching them. Its suitable for alkalis, thinned inorganic acids, water, steam, organic gases, solutions of every kind. It can be utilized in paper mills, dyeing plant, foodstuff, pharmaceutical and oenologic industries.
Asbestos PTFE Packing
It is a braided packing made of at least 95% white asbestos yarns which is impregnated piece by piece with PTFE dispersion. It is a flexible, resilient, homogeneous and compact packing. It is suitable for sealing stuffing boxes on rotary, alternative motion shifts, valves for coolants, medium index acids and alkalis, petrochemical and foodstuff industries.
